|Blueberry Pancakes, Raspberry Jam, Lemon Yogurt & Maple Syrup|
Following up on last weekend's post about fruit, I have found Antoine's Achilles when it comes to breakfast and fruit - Blueberry Pancakes. Especially this recipe, thank you Todd, wherever you are! I should mention that the recipe recommends letting the batter sit for an hour before cooking them, leaving us time to do things like tinker on the piano, clean the floors, and pick up a newspaper.
