As you can see, we were all too hungry to wait until the camera came out!
 The "biche" went for brunch this morning to meet up with some good friends at Reservoir.  Julia from Haramaki Love, Angie, and I met while doing our master's in occupational therapy and have all recently entered the working world.  We shared our experiences starting as young professionals over the delicious menu the Duluth microbrewery had to offer.

Crêpes épaisses, poires, purée de pommes, yogourt, sirop d'érable

2 oeufs pochés, lard fumé, courgettes, sauce hollandaise et muffin anglais maison

Gravlax de saumon au kimchi, oeuf poché, purée d'avocat au yuzu kosho, muffin anglais maison
